Ceremony Package includes:

  • In person or zoom consultation with Wedding Planner

  • Unlimited phone calls, emails and "one on one" meetings with your Wedding Planner

  • 2 hour exclusive access to a venue of your choosing from our supplier list

  • Complete design, setup and pack down of the event

  • Celebrant services

  • Photography for duration of the event

  • Floral arrangements & Bridal Bouquet

  • Grazing Platter & Champagne for you and your guests

  • We greet and usher guests

  • Coordination of all the suppliers; ensuring they are on time and on task

  • Coordinating with the celebrant to cue the Bride

  • Provide a personalised run sheet and setup summary to the couple and vendors

  • Ensuring all Key Moment songs are ready to play at the correct times throughout the event
