Wedding Planning Package

Do you have an idea of what you want, but are not entirely sure where to start? Or have you started planning your special day, but would just like some assistance getting it off the floor?

This Planning Package offers everything you need to bring your vision to life, we will manage all the logistics before, during & after, to ensure your Wedding day runs smoothly. We can assist with the design and styling of your event and on the day coordination as well.

Package includes:

  • Access to online planning portal (checklists, budget tracking, calendar, styling board, floor plan and so much more)

  • Access to wedding website to send electronic invitations and track RSVP’s

  • Access to a personal Styling Summary & Vision Board

  • Recommend & source ceremony and reception sites as well as vendors that will fit your budget

  • Designing & ordering Wedding Stationary

  • Designing & ordering Wedding Florals

  • Regular check-ins to update you on the status of your event

  • Schedule and attend vendor appointments (if required)

  • Up to 2 site visits within 150kms to Toowoomba QLD

  • Develop and maintain a customised budget

  • Provide extensive run sheet and setup summary to the couple and vendors

  • Coordinate wedding rehearsal (if required)

  • Set up and decorate and make sure everything is laid out and decorated according to your styling guide

  • Coordination of all your suppliers; ensuring they are on time and on task

  • Coordinating with the celebrant and/or musicians to cue the Bride and her Bridal Tribe

  • Greet and usher guests, providing copies of itineraries and ensuring everyone is in the right place at the right time

  • Assist the couple with any emergencies that may come up on the day

  • Ensure that every aspect of your day runs to plan and meets your vision for your perfect wedding

  • Working closely with the MC to ensure the Reception formalities are all running on schedule

  • Ensuring all Key Moment songs are ready to play at the correct times throughout the day/night

  • End of night Pack Down (if required)
