Wedding Day Coordinator Package

So all the planning for your Wedding is done but you would just like someone to be there leading up to your big day and coordinating everything on the day for you? This will take the stress out of this experience for you so you can really just enjoy this special moment with those you hold closest to you.

Package includes:

• Free consultation with Wedding Coordinator

• Unlimited phone calls, emails and "one on one" meetings with your Wedding Coordinator

• We will set up a meeting 4-6 weeks prior to your big day to ensure we are across all the details prior and to tie up any loose ends required, including any meetings with vendors etc to ensure we are all on the same page on the day

• Your Coordinator is the first to arrive and the last to leave on the day, there to make sure the entire day runs smoothly and without issues

• We receive vendor deliveries and oversee the set up to ensure it is set up properly and according to the floor plan

• We oversee styling and make sure everything is laid out and decorated according to your styling guide

• We greet and usher guests, providing copies of itineraries and ensuring everyone is in the right place at the right time

• We assist the couple with any emergencies that may come up on the day

• We ensure that every aspect of your day runs to plan and meets your vision for your perfect wedding

• Coordination of all your suppliers; ensuring they are on time and on task

• Coordinating with the celebrant and/or musicians to cue the Bride and her Bridal party

• Provide extensive run sheet and setup summary to the couple and vendors

• Working closely with the MC to ensure the Reception formalities are all running on schedule

• Ensuring all Key Moment songs are ready to play at the correct times throughout the day/night

• Coordinate ceremony rehearsal on the day if required

• End of night Pack Down
